Exchange Symbol is a palletized freight service that allows clients to load onto pallets whatever they wish to exchange on the market with someone else or business or government. The pallets are set prices and there is no shopping cart. Q.E.C. receives $45.00 as a monthly subscription membership fee from both exchange partners. If you wish to list more than the ten maximum items or pallets as a regular member, you may decide to upgrade to include up to one hundred items or pallets listings at the monthly membership dues of $150.00. You may load up a mystery pallet to exchange or if your pallet has no comparable exchange, we will sell it to the highest bidder for the amount you choose to sell it on our Grabit webpage.
It is your responsibility to correspond with each other, send, receive, or mail your pallet of items to your exchange partner! Both exchanges are not guaranteed by Q.E.C. or Exchange Symbol. Your membership dues simply allow you to list your items or pallets with us and any requirements for authenticity, description, shipping and handling, and any taxes incurred for you transactions or exchanges of items or product, or services pallets is the responsibility of members. HOW TO WEIGH YOUR PALLET OF ITEMS:
Without your pallet of items, take your vehicle to a local CAT Scale at a truck stop close to you or to a local scrap yard weighing station. Then, load your pallet of items into the same vehicle and go weigh your vehicle again. Compare weights and the difference is the weight of your bulk items or pallet of items. If you have a single item, you may go to the U.S.P.S. and they will weigh your item for you, or you may buy your own scale. If you have several items to list, owning your own scale may be the better option.
Monthly subscriber member signup charges of $45 apply per Exchange item or per pallet for those ten items or pallets products or services with monthly listings. The terms for listing are month to month. You may change your membership status at any time to either terminate your membership or you may upgrade for a monthly cost of $150.00 your membership to list up to 100 items or pallets. Please use the email you signed up for services with to inform us of your wish to delist or terminate your membership.
List items to exchange! You send us your contact email or website link allowing us to list your item(s) per pallet for possible exchange with another exchange member, then you search other
listings on the Exchange Symbol brand pages to find an acceptable exchange. When you find a possible exchange partner, it is your responsibility to click on their email or website link and negotiate any prices, terms, or conditions, all taxes, and shipping and handling costs.
If it is agreeable between you and the listed exchange pallet or item owner, it is your responsibility to reply to that exchange partner email that you accept exchange and total costs and responsibility for any shipping and handling to the exchange partner zip code based on the weight of your pallet.
Each
listed exchange item pallet must include a list of possible exchanges. This way, you

Note that it may be in your best interests to value your pallet to include any shipping and handling costs that would be incurred if you shipped the pallet anywhere in the United States. Domestic and international shipping and handling and any applicable taxes is, indeed, up to exchange clients. Q.E.C. will simply create a platform to connect you with your buyer or exchange partner worldwide. Then, it is up to you, personally, whether to do business with the exchange partner. Also, your exchange partner may agree to pay YOUR pallet to be shipped to THEM as well as paying for THEIR pallet to be shipped to YOU. This request must be included in your description of pallet. So, if you have one hundred small items on one pallet, then you will be responsible for sending all one hundred items to the exchange partner.
