Shipping and Handling Policy 2018 - 2024
This policy only applies to those items owned by Round Robin Distribution Designs, LLC (RRDD) and its divisions and does NOT apply to those products or services displayed or available items, pallets, products or services not owned by RRDD, but that may be for sale by another owner using RRDD platforms to present items, products, or services to the public.
We sell and ship mainly within the 48 United States. International
sales may be possible for certain items but require longer and thorough
purchase validations and much higher prices. We may include higher shipping and handling charges to your items than the actual costs for shipping and handling and any applicable taxes if we ship to the United States of America or any country located outside the United States. All shipping and handling and taxes are already figured into any prices you see on any webpages or websites owned by RRDD including the parent company, Round Robin Distribution Designs, LLC, and any divisions or any future websites.
If RRDD and divisions send any of their company-owned items to buyers, we attempt to ship your order within two business days of receipt
of payment. All funds must clear my bank account within ten to fourteen days before sending buyer their item as all funds will be verified by my bank. A tracking number from the delivery service should be sent to you so that you may track your package. All items are securely packaged for delivery. RRDD and all platforms and division sales have a no-return policy. Buyer purchases the item in AS-IS condition and there are no guarantees of antiquity or valuation for any item on any of my websites or platforms. Buyer may contract with this platform selling service to resell their item if they find it is unwanted after they have bought the item.

Sometimes, we offer UPS or FedEx to expedite our services. You may contract with a security company for your own secured transportation services. Please communicate your preferences before sales. Sometime in the future, you must agree to exclusively use my transportation company, ©MoonEagle Logistics, to move your item(s).
Our goal is to pre-plan your happiness with the
item you purchase. We (myself and my Independent Contractor in your area) attempt to explain each piece as accurately as possible.
However, we often rely on visual aids to help you determine authenticity since
to have each piece appraised raises costs and additional time constraints. We can find a contact company to help you for this service if you wish, or you may use your own authentication service. If you need a physical examination of any item (if allowed or if it is convenient or non-secret), we may request that you arrive at a scheduled meeting at the bank of choice with law enforcement overseeing transaction or view.
This service may be costly and time-consuming, but we realize that some items may be of museum quality or very expensive and you may feel the need to closely examine item. Please make request giving us enough time to arrange such an event.
