Found here are new or used listed products or services that are at least 75% or more American-made products or services you can buy, lease, trade, bargain, or sell by going to our All-American page. Q.E.C. (Quality Exchange Consignments) offers the Spot-A-Deal platform for not only the United States of America indigenous production, but we also list by country, territory, or commonwealth products and services indigenous to that area anywhere in the world.
To list your podcast or website or platform, or to buy, lease, trade, bargain, or sell on any page with the Spot-A-Deal brand, you simply go to that page such as the Spot-A-Deal alphabetically listed media page to scroll finding the link to a website, podcast, or media. Spot-A-Deal my briefly describe the link but visitors must click at their own risk! We do not guarantee the content associated with the links you click on any RRDD websites or platforms.
For all buyers, you must go to the "Buy" page where you will find new or used products or services you may purchase by clicking on the link provided. The link may take you, our visitor to a page where you may find the product or service that has been listed on our page, but we do not guarantee satisfaction or authenticity of any kind of product or services using our platform or clicking our links. Going to the "Lease" page, you will find products or services that you may lease or borrow meaning that you must at some point give the product or property back to the leaseholder. To trade something with something else indigenous or nonindigenous, you go to the "Trade" page where you will find listings of products or services that may be traded for anything that is listed under that listing as possible trade acceptance criteria. All offerings, ads, clicks, sales, trades, leases, or bargains as returns or guarantees are made by the seller. Q.E.C., Spot-A-Deal, and the parent company, RRDD, or any other division under the RRDD umbrella are not responsible for the content of our member link listings.
To bargain with a seller of a product or service, go to the "Bargain" page where you can make an offer to the seller to buy their product or service at the price you believe their product or service is worth by clicking on their displayed email. Anything our members discuss or make deals between them and the visitor clicking the other members listing is not any of our, Q.E.C.'s, business. On the main "Bargain" page or subsequent related pages under the "Bargain" brand, you may also make an offer to the seller in different payments for the product or service other than money. For example, you may have a pig that you do not want anymore. If you go to the bargain page and find a product or service that you believe is about the same price as your pig on the open market, you may offer the seller the pig as payment for the product or service. Or, you may have an old computer you do not want but that is a special collectible or just an exceptional expensive special computer that is valuable on the open market that you think the seller might want at a bargain as payment for the seller's product or service. There is no way to list everything acceptable to everyone seller or buyer, so the way this works is to simply have a "Yes" I, the seller, accept your offer, or a "No", I, the seller, do not want your pig or computer. Q.E.C. does not perform this action or activity, but it is a suggestion to our members on how a proper interaction should occur for this page or pages.
Spot-A-Deal facilitates the connection between the seller and their possible buyer, lease client, trader, or bargain partner. Sellers are required to read Q.E.C. and Spot- A-Deal policies, terms and conditions, and restricted items policy found on the Q.E.C. or Round Robin Distribution Designs, LLC (RRDD) websites before using any of my website's platforms or brick and mortar establishments. A simple question in your email asking if you read and understand our policies and procedures that you reply back "Yes" to us is all that is necessary for membership status with Spot-A-Deal or any other platforms under the RRDD divisions or brands. As a seller, you may send Q.E.C. and the Spot-A-Deal division your product or service information such as descriptions, price to list the product or service, the Spot-A-Deal brand page such as sell, lease, trade, or bargain, you contact information, and for traded items your list of possible acceptable trades.
Q.E.C. and Spot-A-Deal charge sellers and buyers as membership dues using my platforms a simple monthly membership fee of $45 per month where each member may list up to ten items or pallets or services (one video or four pictures) at a time. For listings by members of more than ten products or services, Q.E.C. and Spot-A-Deal charge an extra incremental membership fee of $150.00 per month to the member as an upgrade membership allowed to use our platform to present many products and services. The upgrade amount of $150.00 per month replaces the $45.00 per month fee to our upgrade member. The prices visitors see listed on any of RRDD websites or platforms for products and services are set by our member sellers and all buyers, traders, or bargain hunters or partners have separate agreements between seller and buyer or trader as to the policies regarding returns or shipping and handling and any applicable taxes for products and services sold using any website platforms or brick and mortar establishments under the RRDD parent company umbrella.
Seller members must list on RRDD platforms, including Spot-A-Deal, any item, pallet of items, or services with a price that includes any possible taxes and any shipping and handling for those items and services. You, the seller, are required to pay all applicable taxes for online sales using my websites or platforms. RRDD divisions do not pay the taxes for sold items listed on RRDD platforms as we are not the seller. You are the seller as a member of our service provider platform presenting your items or services for sale, trade, lease, or bargain to the public. Therefore, you must list your offerings with the clear understanding to your customers shopping on our portal that all taxes and shipping and handling that may be charged by the seller by customers purchasing their items or services is already included in the sellers listed price.
Q.E.C. or Spot-A-Deal or any other platforms other than my personally listed products and services on my AGM Heart Gallery website are not selling your item or services, we merely make them available. Q.E.C. does not guarantee to our sellers, visitors, buyers, or users of any website(s) that buyers or lease agreements, bargains, or traded items are what are displayed. Any interaction between the seller and buyer to sell, buy, lease, trade, or bargain made are strictly seller to buyer. Q.E.C. is like an online newspaper company in that we list seller information just like you would find listed in a paper version of a newspaper, and then the interested buyer reading the advertisement contacts the seller by their given information either for more information or to purchase, trade, lease, or bargain with the seller about that product or service. In this way, both parties, the buyer and the seller, are charged the same $45.00 membership fee to use our platform, or the upgrade fee of $150.00 monthly subscription or membership to use our platform listing services.
To list your product or services on any of RRDD's websites, division platforms, or brick and mortar stores, you must email us using the contact forms found on pages or go to our contact page where you will find important contact information. Please include in communications with us which website platform, page, or area, your contact information, and any requests or information we need to help you achieve your goals.
