Many of my item owners (sellers) are cleaning out their storage buildings, garages, attics, or closets to allow us to present their items for sale. Q.E.C. is the parent company for Exchange Symbol and YardSalersAnonymous and places your items within our system of item and services management so that it is easier for the general public to find the item they want or to sell or exchange an item or whole pallet with another member of my services.
My services are diverse and provide a unique forum for turning your trash into someone else's treasure! What my company does is contract with someone or company in your local area to come into your home, business, storage facility, truck stop, receiver, or other warehousing of your products old or new and then they will inventory in detail, photograph, price or value (contract appraisal services if necessary), clean items or sell as-is, pack item to store in their warehouse for resale or leave them in your possession to send to the new owner later. When item is sold or exchanged, you or we send the item to the new owner and your monetary portion of the sale to you. I realize that many people do not want the hassle of handling the cleaning, pricing, selling, shipping, and collection of funds for their item. We take the headache out of your inventory nightmare!
When we come into your place, we also inventory, etc. all other worthy items that you wish to keep in your possession so that you have all of your things listed with our company and can simply contact us later to put that item on the block for sale. If you wish to pay extra for the service, the Q.E.C. representative will also pack and store your keepsakes or provide information necessary allowing you to secure your treasures. Most times, you work with my company Q.E.C. Independent Contractor representative in your local area. We DO accept new items, fresh foods and drinks, handmade items, entrepreneurial products that meet my quality standards, bulk items, palletized items, or even mystery boxes for sale! This means that as long as you comply with local, state, and federal laws we can help grow your small business like no other platform on the Internet!
Meanwhile, the items that we catalog as "in-home" stay with you and the items we catalog as "new home" go to a warehouse to await sale unless you prefer the less expensive version and can photograph, describe, price, and send me your item pictures for us to upload onto my websites. If a warehoused item simply does not sell, I can either give you back your item or for a small fee your local Q.E.C. Independent Contractor to Q.E.C. can dispose of the item to be reclaimed material or scrap. Because your Q.E.C. rep is local, Q.E.C. allows our Franchise partners to personalize their services under our umbrella. What this means is that you will see our logo, but the Independent Contractor may also use their own logo and personal name recognition like "Bob's Best" or simply "Bob", the guy you know is a good person.
Government departments or any type of business or organization may find that my services are cheaper, easier, simpler, and faster than holding local sales of old or unused items. Don't throw that tractor-trailer load returned from the receiver into the trash!!! I can have a contractor come to your truck on the road and unload it into their trailer, then resell those semi-damaged items for maximum returns! As it is, you have been letting your drivers take care of these "returns" or "damaged" destination or receiver items or crash area damaged items! I can have a contracted crew gather up the good and sell-able products and turn that "return" into a "cash-sale".

I am a government qualified contractor and can deal with small or very large over-produced or waste-qualified items or pallets of inventory to the highest bidder. There are some companies that resell government items, but many of them do not return to the government a reasonable price for their items. Q.E.C. fees for listing services on this or my other websites and platforms are $45.00 subscription and consignment fee per month per every ten items or pallet. Recurring billing every month and relisting or swapping out listings for fresh content is encouraged for those professional sellers wanting a permanent listing address or page. You must use my contractor packing service and materials or containers for sending items to buyers when we request this from you, so that we may expedite your shipping. If you wish to keep your item(s) and send it to the buyer yourself, we may send you the appropriate number of mailers or containers and write-on labels for you to simply write the address of your buyer and then put it in the mail. We do not mind which mail service you use, but sometime in the near future, you must use our packing and shipping processes as we are an environmentally friendly company and require our services limit the human footprint on the planet. I make sure, though, that my clients receive the best return for their listings as possible!
I also provide a simpler platform than competitors. I simply upload items alphabetically no matter the load date to categories and allow you to search each page individually. The search engine located on each page helps you find the page you need and if you have specific requests for us to look or reserve an item, email us your requested item, and it will be saved. We will inform you if we have consigned the item you are looking for or have found a similar item you may wish to reserve to purchase.
